Section 12A and 80G under the Income Tax Act 1961
Registration of section 12a and section 80g is mandatory for every ngo for availing tax exemptions. By the approval of section 12a, the life time tax of the non government organization gets exempted. CSR1 Registration or Corporate Social Responsibility Certificate
